First off i cant even believe that is has been 6 months... that is just the most forgein idea i have ever beheld. and yet here i am, still in Salcedo and forever wanting one more change.
so this week was sort of nuts. just cause elder Gonzabay had visa stuff to do and he and elder lazo went to cusco for 3 days. so i was back with elder jara once again, but we are not comps anymore and work with different people and both of us had appointments up the ying yang and at the same times. well he was trying to figure out who he could cancel with and telling me i needed to cancel our appointment to make it work, when i made a few calls and set up divisions. mucho major in my opinion. so that was actually super fun. i went out with about 4 members throughout the day and made all our visits. im pretty sure that is only posible in the Salcedo ward, i love this place. also i had to teach the entire lesson by myself because, well the member dont really know them, and really were there to offer testimony, but it was cool to be able to do the whole lesson, respond to all heir questions, it was a really cool experiance.
in other news... we have another person with a baptismal date! also for the 14th! her name is dina, she is 25, we conacted her during a ward activity last saturday, she came to church that sunday, we taught her tuesday and she wanted to be baptized! BOOM, she is like the ultimate testiment of the Lord guiding us to where we need to be an the peopole who are ready. and the importance of OPENING YOUR MOUTH. if you talk, open your mouth you will find miracles.
also in other news, im a real Peruvian missionary now, if you want to know why, hit me up. ha!
